Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, and website channels.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and creative — someone who can contribute campaign ideas, craft compelling messaging, execute digital initiatives, and maintain strong visual brand consistency across platforms. While they will work closely with our Marketing Designer, the Specialist will also need the skill and confidence to design social media graphics and email templates as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ad, and website channels
• Build and deploy email campaigns, including template design and contact list management
• Assist with developing engaging social media content aligned with campaign goals
• Write compelling subject lines, ad copy, flyer headlines, and social captions
• Assist with website updates and build high converting landing pages
• Proof marketing collateral – catalogs, flyers, emails – for accuracy and consistency
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance digital engagement and brand visibility
• Monitor digital performance and provide insights to help optimize results

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Hubspot experience is a plus)
• Experience with social media management
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
• Strong eye for design and brand consistency
• Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices \& upcoming trends
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
