Senior Workforce Operations Analyst
Salary: $85k to $105k (DOE)
Location: Remote
Department: Workforce Operations
Reports To: Director of Workforce Operations
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Workforce Operations Analyst to support workforce planning, labor optimization, reporting, recruiting coordination, and operational project execution across our business.
This role is ideal for someone who can operate at both a strategic and hands-on level - owning workforce analytics, supporting labor systems, driving reporting accuracy, coordinating recruiting efforts, and leading projects that improve labor efficiency across branch and corporate operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, comfortable working cross-functionally, and capable of turning labor data into actionable business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Operations \& Administration
- Maintain and update workforce schedules, labor codes, and workforce system changes within UKG
- Support daily workforce administration and scheduling coordination
- Monitor attendance, labor exceptions, overtime trends, and workforce utilization
- Ensure workforce data accuracy across systems
- Support workforce-related operational requests from branch leadership
Analytics \& Reporting
- Build and maintain labor dashboards and recurring workforce reports
- Analyze overtime, early-in activity, headcount trends, productivity, and labor cost drivers
- Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for labor efficiency
- Prepare executive summaries and operational insights for leadership
- Support data-driven labor cost reduction initiatives
Recruiting \& Talent Support
- Source candidates for open branch and corporate positions
- Coordinate with staffing partners and internal hiring managers
- Support candidate screening and interview scheduling
- Maintain recruiting pipeline visibility and reporting
- Assist with hiring process improvements
Project Leadership
- Lead and support workforce-related projects from planning through execution
- Coordinate implementation activities tied to workforce systems, scheduling updates, and labor initiatives
- Partner with branch leaders and corporate stakeholders to improve workforce processes
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables
Continuous Improvement
- Recommend process improvements based on workforce data and operational trends
- Support labor optimization strategies
- Assist with communication and rollout of workforce initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5\+ years of experience in workforce operations, labor analytics, HR analytics, recruiting coordination, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with workforce systems such as UKG/Kronos strongly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate findings clearly
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
