Job Title: SAP Solution Architect - FICO

Location: Onsite, Alpharetta, GA or Dallas, TX

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented SAP Solution Architect - FICO to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP FICO, with a focus on banking and financial services. You will be required to design, develop, and implement SAP FICO solutions and strategies that align with the business objectives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Design and implement SAP FICO solutions based on business requirements in the banking and financial services domain.

2\. Work closely with clients and other team members to understand and translate business requirements into effective and efficient solutions.

3\. Develop functional design documentations, conduct feasibility studies, and assist in project scoping.

4\. Work closely with the technical team to ensure the accurate execution of SAP FICO solutions.

5\. Conduct regular system audits to ensure the optimal performance of the SAP FICO system.

6\. Provide technical support and training to end-users and junior team members.

7\. Keep up to date with the latest SAP FICO updates and best practices.

Qualifications:

1\. 10-15 years of experience in SAP FICO Solution Architecture, specifically within the banking and financial services industry.

2\. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3\. Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions.

4\. Strong understanding of SAP FICO and its integration with other modules.

5\. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.

6\. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7\. Experience in project management and team leadership.
