We're seeking an experienced
Superintendent
with expertise in
Tilt-Up, Precast Concrete, Structural Steel, and Shell Construction
to lead major commercial and industrial projects valued at
$50M\+
. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-profile builds, manage large field teams, and work alongside some of the industry's top construction professionals.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead field operations for large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Manage tilt-up and precast concrete installation activities from planning through completion.
- Oversee shell construction including foundations, concrete structures, and structural steel erection.
- Coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors to maintain production schedules and quality standards.
- Direct the work of 50\+ craft professionals on active job sites.
- Manage excavation, site preparation, concrete pours, and structural assemblies.
- Drive project safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all jobsite requirements.
- Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership teams.
- Conduct site meetings and maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders.
Required Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
- Superintendent experience leading ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Extensive experience with:
+ Tilt-Up Concrete
+ Precast Concrete
+ Structural Steel
+ Concrete Foundations \& Slabs
+ Shell Construction
- Experience managing projects valued at $50 million or greater.
- Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, and concrete placement operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
- Experience leading large field teams of 50\+ craft workers.
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Background
- Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution Center, Warehouse, Data Center, or Large Commercial Construction experience.
- Experience coordinating self-perform and subcontracted concrete operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-production environment.
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain project momentum while balancing safety, quality, and schedule demands.
