Daily Responsibilities:
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager for a remote direct placement opportunity with a leading EdTech company focused on student safety and classroom engagement tools. This individual will lead a team of 10–12 engineers across high-impact product lines. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for driving Agile execution across the team, including sprint planning, standups, and delivery oversight, while partnering closely with Product and QA leadership to scale and enhance core platforms. This role will play a critical part in the company's upcoming product expansion. The manager will contribute to technical decision-making, guide system design for scalable and distributed applications, and ensure teams are delivering against product and business objectives. Additionally, this individual will mentor engineers, track performance through KPIs, and foster a high-performing engineering culture. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, with significant influence on technical direction, team structure, and how engineering operates at scale. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of product thinking, technical depth, and leadership experience, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and influence the next generation of AI-driven educational tools. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with the best data science team in Ed Tech.
Compensation:
$230,000 to $260,000 per year annual salary.
