Weโre looking for a founding partnerships leader to build the function from the ground up. Your mission is to create repeatable partner motions that drive customer value and revenueโstarting with a few strategic โlighthouseโ partners, then scaling into a durable ecosystem playbook.

- Build Figfyโs partnerships strategy \+ operating system (segmentation, tiering, incentives, lifecycle, KPIs)
- Recruit and activate the first cohort of high-quality implementation partners
- Help partners productize offerings into SKUs (fixed scope / max price / max duration)
- Launch partner-led GTM with our software-company customers (CS, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing)
- Make partner performance measurable \+ improvable (scorecards, QBRs, coaching, catalog optimization)
- Improve marketplace liquidity (supply-demand gaps, coverage, staffing, geo/vertical expansion)
- Operate like a founder early (do the work, then systematize)

- A โlighthouseโ set of partners reliably fulfilling core service SKUs
- A repeatable onboarding \+ productization playbook
- Faster time-to-match, higher attach rate, stronger fulfillment \+ CSAT
- Partner tiering/scorecards/cadence documented and running
- Foundation to scale supply as demand grows
๐ช๐ต๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ
- 7\+ years in solutions partnerships / ecosystems / marketplaces / partner-led GTM (startup experience preferred)
- Deep experience with B2B SaaS agency / expert partners delivering implementation services
- Built 0โ1 partner motions and can operate without a big team
- Strong instincts for services ecosystems: quality bar, incentives, packaging, demand generation
- Comfortable with ambiguity \+ speed; strategic and highly executional
- Strong communicator; credible with founders, partner principals, and GTM leaders
- Analytical enough to run performance-based partner management (funnels, cohorts, supply/demand)

- Productized services or services marketplace experience
- SMB-focused B2B SaaS and/or vertical SaaS ecosystems
