Role: Solution Architect – Agentic AI

Location: Remote (US East Coast)

Comp: $250K–$350K \| 60% base / 20% variable / 20% ESOP \+ competitive equity

I'm exclusively partnered with a fast-growing AI-first services and product studio that is taking AI from slide decks into production. They work with startups, tech-led companies, and large enterprises to operationalise AI across core business workflows, spanning agentic AI systems, LLM-powered applications, cloud modernisation, and data platforms.

They're now looking for a Solution Architect to be the technical anchor for their enterprise customers across North America.

The Role

This is a high-impact, customer-facing position where you'll serve as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients, primarily in financial services or life sciences. You'll architect cutting-edge agentic AI solutions, translate complex business challenges into scalable target architectures, and drive deployments in close collaboration with a delivery team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging directly with enterprise customers on the East Coast to understand their industry processes and pain points
• Designing and delivering architecture for agentic AI capabilities across cloud, data, and AI platforms
• Acting as the senior technical advisor, aligning stakeholders on proposed architecture through to deployment
• Translating business objectives into secure, scalable cloud and AI architectures
• Building deep, trust-based relationships that drive long-term customer success

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in solution architecture or a closely related field
• Deep expertise in financial services or life sciences
• Strong background in agentic AI, LLMs, and cloud-native architectures
• US citizen preferred (sponsorship considered for exceptional candidates)
