We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth at Exacore IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base
• Identify new business opportunities in IT services
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and business meetings
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 5 years of experience in IT services/software sales
• Strong understanding of IT solutions such as ERP, CRM
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales within IT services companies
• Knowledge of enterprise solutions like Oracle
• A strong network of industry contacts
