A wholly-owned subsidiary brand, the Institute for Iterative Thinking (IFIT) is the thought-leadership arm of our mission—bringing together doctors, scientists, and mindset researchers to advance the science behind the Iterative Mindset MethodTM (IMM).With a focus on reducing performative burnout and driving real, sustainable change, IFIT translates our cutting-edge neuroscience into certification programs, trainings,  and evidence‐based, thought leadership that complement and generate leads for our SaaS business.

A third brand, Dr. Kyra Bobinet, named for our founder and CEO, operates as an approachable, expert voice that teaches the science to the masses. DKB as the brand is called, must be grown on social networks to give a personal touch to the SaaS and IFIT to generate inbound leads and build a community of like minded people behind IMM.

Fresh Tri is a mostly remote team with occasional travel required to company headquarters on a 170-acre retreat in the Santa Cruz mountains in California or to other locations, as necessary. With over 12 years of financial stability and growth, the company offers a fast-paced, mission-driven and connective culture, with  opportunities to work across many disciplines. As a 100% employee-owned entity, we bypass external funding cycles and short-term investor demands, operating on a foundation of multi-year contract revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner closely with the CEO and Exec team to translate their vision and strategy into clear product direction, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with Fresh Tri’s mission, business objectives, and market opportunities.
  • Lead and align Product, UX, Product Operations and Data Analytics under a unified strategic roadmap.

Product Ownership \& Roadmap

  • Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment across all functions.
  • Balance visionary, long-term initiatives with short-term execution that delivers tangible business impact.
  • Translate the Iterative Mindset Method and habenular neuroscientific principles into the design and development of the product.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation across consumer and partner-facing experiences through a combination of qualitative research, quantitative insights, and iterative experimentation.

Team Leadership \& Culture

  • Directly manage, develop,and inspire high-performing teams across Product Management, UX Design \& Research.
  • Act as a strong player-coach, balancing individual product management execution with formal people leadership and mentorship.
  • Foster a culture where design research, user empathy, and data-driven experimentation are central to how product decisions are made.
  • Implement scalable product development processes that support speed, quality, and cross-functional alignment.

Execution Excellence

  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation and discovery to delivery and iteration.
  • Ensure that product experiences meet high standards of usability, reliability, and clinical impact.
  • Establish clear metrics, A/B testing frameworks, and feedback loops to continuously measure, learn, and improve product performance.

User \& Market Insight

  • Champion the voice of the user and partner organizations throughout the product development process.
  • Conduct market analysis and synthesize design research and behavioral insights to inform strategy and prioritization.
  • Ensure Fresh Tri stays ahead of trends in digital health, behavior change, and product innovation.

Qualifications

  • 8\+ years of product leadership experience, with significant experience leading cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Engineering) in high-growth tech companies.
  • 3\+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Proven success partnering directly with CEOs or founders to turn vision into scalable product execution.
  • Combines speed of output and meticulous attention to detail while delegating tasks skillfully.
  • Track record of shipping impactful products in health tech, wellness, or consumer digital experiences.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and operational execution skills—able to move seamlessly between long-term vision and short-term delivery.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design research methods, product development processes, and modern engineering practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to apply data and experimentation to guide decision-making.
  • Apex communicator, exceptional stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
  • Bonus

: Experience in digital therapeutics, behavior change/design, and/or regulated healthcare environments.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and is based on a number of factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,000/year, up to $195,000/year, plus benefits, bonus, and equity.
