Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to regional teams across Merchandising, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Retail Excellence and Client Experience, and Franchise Markets in Southeast Asia-Oceania (SEAO), covering both regional headquarters and market-based talent within these functions. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with and constructively challenge leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability and deliver business priorities.

You will work closely with regional business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, and market HR and leadership teams to translate business strategy into practical people plans and drive organizational effectiveness across workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, performance, succession and change management. In addition, you will lead an HR Manager overseeing the Indonesia Shared Service Center, which supports SEAO, the Middle East and selected European markets.

You will shine here if you enjoy…

  • Driving the delivery of key HR cycles and talent processes, including organization and manpower reviews, performance and compensation cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement initiatives and annual budget planning, with a focus on bench strength, retention and overall organizational health
  • Coaching managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, performance management and employee development, equipping them with the tools and confidence to lead their teams well
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on hiring plans, candidate assessment, onboarding effectiveness and new hire integration to strengthen talent quality, fulfillment and internal staffing outcomes, while supporting a strong candidate and employee experience

People Leadership and Oversight

  • Leading and developing an HR Manager supporting the Indonesia Shared Service Center, providing direction, coaching and oversight to ensure strong people support, leadership capability and consistent HR delivery within a critical operational environment
  • Overseeing the HR scope for the Indonesia Shared Service Center, partnering with business and HR stakeholders to support organizational effectiveness, employee matters, talent priorities and evolving workforce needs in alignment with broader regional objectives

Employee Relations and Change Management

  • Providing guidance on sensitive employee matters, balancing empathy, fairness, policy, compliance, risk and business context in areas such as performance concerns, employee relations and organizational change
  • Leading or supporting regional and cross-market HR projects, change initiatives and business transformation efforts, sharing best practices and helping drive adoption across teams
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen communication, collaboration and ways of working across functions, helping embed culture, values and purpose while enabling continuous improvement and a positive employee experience

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or another relevant discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including roles in HR business partnering and broader HR leadership
