Senior SAP B1 Consultant

HLB HAMT is seeking an experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultant to join our growing IT team in Dubai.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Business One implementations from requirement gathering to go-live and post-support.
• Configure SAP HANA and financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting).
• Map client processes and create SAP B1 blueprints and functional specs.
• Design custom reports using Crystal Reports and develop SQL/HANA queries.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–8 years of SAP B1 functional consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Production).
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA installation/configuration.
• Skilled in Crystal Reports, SQL/HANA queries.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and project management abilities.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• SAP B1 Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience integrating WMS or POS systems (e.g., Customer Checkout).
• Familiarity with ASAP or SAP Activate methodologies.
