About Berg Therapy

Berg Therapy is a locally owned pediatric outpatient clinic in Blaine, Minnesota providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Feeding Therapy services to children ages 0–18\.

Position Details
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- In-Person
- Pediatric Outpatient Clinic
- Blaine, Minnesota
- Monday–Thursday clinic schedule (7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.)
- Consistent Monday–Thursday schedule with three-day weekends

What You’ll Do
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in a 1:1 outpatient setting
- Support children with sensory processing, regulation, fine motor, visual motor, self-care, executive functioning, and developmental skills
- Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in a collaborative and supportive clinic culture
- Help create positive, engaging experiences for kids, families and team members
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements
- Ability to move throughout the clinic environment and engage in floor play and child-led activities
- Ability to lift, transfer, or assist pediatric patients as needed
- Ability to utilize standard clinic and computer equipment for documentation and communication
