Devops Engineer

Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Change management, release management, DevOps, ServiceNow, JIRA, GIT, Jenkins,

CI/CD, CMDB, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud, EKS, ALB, EC2, S3 build and deployment process,

Container based docker image deployment, Disaster recovery test process

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Expertise in change management, release management process
• Expertise in planning and managing all release activities
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Build/maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
• Plan, schedule, and execute software releases
• Coordinate across Dev, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
• Experience in ServiceNow, JIRA
• Working experience in GIT, JENKINS, CI/CD pipeline, build, deployment process
• Working experience in AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, ALB, EC2, S3, Gateway, AWS CloudFront, Adobe Experience Manager
• Exposure on container-based deployment, MongoDB, Web server, Application server, Load Balancer, Firewall
• Working experience in Agile working environment
• Collaborating with business product owners, tech lead, architect, dev teams
• Organize and participate in key meetings, manage risk and track action items
• Working experience in Continuous delivery environment
• Review quality controls and facilitate approval process
• Create and maintain implementation plan and manage dependency across different teams
• Exposure on environment management and configuration management
• Execution of change and ensuring communication with key stakeholders
• Exposure Disaster recovery planning and testing co-ordination
• Co-ordination with production support team and dev teams

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Excellent Communication and Writing skills

Ability to adapt and handle frequent changes to processes and requirements

Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year
