  • Track and triage design system requests, updates, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct design audits to identify inconsistencies and recommend migration to standard components.
  • Participate in design reviews and support teams in adopting system patterns and best practices.
  • Apply basic accessibility standards (WCAG AA) across components, colors, and interaction behaviors.
  • Support measurement of design system adoption and impact across product teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or coursework in design systems is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout, styles, and libraries.
  • Basic understanding of design tokens and scalable design systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document design guidelines clearly.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development concepts such as HTML, CSS, CSS variables, or React.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience documenting design systems using Zeroheight, Notion, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with coded component libraries and tools such as Storybook.
  • Exposure to design system governance or UI consistency initiatives.
