A leading global organisation within the satellite communications sector is seeking an HR Business Partner to support key business areas across the UK and France.

This is a high-impact role combining strategic HR partnering with hands-on delivery. 💡

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused solutions across a complex matrixed business
  • Navigate complex local employee relations and manage relationships with French Works Councils and UK Employee Forums
  • Support ongoing business evolution, organisational design, and change management initiatives
  • Partner with leadership through transitions to centralised shared services and new HR operational models
  • Collaborate with specialised global teams across Talent Acquisition, L\&D, and Total Rewards
  • Provide autonomous, high-touch advisory with minimal handholding required

🧠

Essential Experience

  • 6–8\+ years of HR experience, with a substantial track record at HR Business Partner level
  • Proven experience partnering with client groups of 400\+ heads within a complex, matrixed organisation

Native or fluent French language skills

(essential for local ER and Works Council oversight)

  • Direct, proven experience managing French Works Councils and UK Employee Forums
  • Strong background in change management, organisational design, and complex ER
