Job Summary

:

The Business Analyst supports commercial sales and credit decision‑making through data analysis, reporting, and risk insights. This role bridges front‑end sales performance analytics with credit risk evaluation. The analyst works closely with Sales, Credit, Underwriting, and Finance teams.

Essential Functions:

Sales Analytics \& Support

• Analyze sales pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, and deal velocity
• Assist in preparing sales performance dashboards and KPI reports
• Analyze pricing, margin, and structure trends by channel and vendor

Credit \& Risk Analytics

• Analyze credit approvals, declines, and underwriting trends
• Monitor delinquency, early default, and portfolio risk indicators
• Support credit policy metrics and portfolio segmentation
• Assist with vintage, industry, and risk‑grade analysis

Reporting \& Data Management

• Extract and analyze data using Excel and Tableau Plus
• Build and maintain recurring management reports and dashboards
• Validate data accuracy across CRM, origination, and servicing systems
• Document assumptions, methodologies, and definitions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• 1\+ years of experience in data analysis, sales analytics, credit analytics in financial services industry.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Competency is AI‑powered tools to translating business problems into use cases
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools a plus
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfort working cross‑functionally with Sales and Credit teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range:

$62,918\.00 - $103,365\.50

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
