Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse (RN)
to provide comprehensive medical care in an adult inpatient behavioral health setting. The RN will oversee patient treatment plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document care accurately. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, facilitating admissions and discharges, employing de-escalation techniques, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. The role requires effective communication, adherence to legal and ethical standards, and active participation in quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills. Knowledge of electronic medical records (preferably KIPU) and the ability to manage sensitive situations are essential. Preferred skills include excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
