OOH Business Development Manager (BDM) – Prime Hub, Muscat

Prime Hub is Oman’s leading OOH Media House, specializing in outdoor, digital, and experiential advertising.

We’re expanding our dynamic team and looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, partnerships, and new business opportunities across our media network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in traditional and digital advertising.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign planning, execution, and performance.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent Prime Hub at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in traditional and digital advertising, preferably within the OOH or events industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• IT fluency and ability to adapt to digital tools and CRM systems.
