My client is a well-established international organisation seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation’s strategic direction, business performance, and long-term growth.
This is a senior executive opportunity for a leader who can combine vision with execution, build alignment across leadership teams, and create long-term value through strong decision-making, stakeholder leadership, and organisational performance.
The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.

- Ensure organisational alignment across key functions
- Establish company culture, values, and leadership principles
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure execution against strategic goals
- Identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage

What We’re Looking For
- 15 or more years of leadership experience, including prior executive-level roles
- Proven track record of scaling a company or business unit
- Strong business acumen across product, technology, and go-to-market functions
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and board management
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
Experience That Would Be Especially Valuable
- Prior experience as a CEO or founder
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Background in SaaS, AI, machine learning, or technology-driven companies
- MBA or advanced business or technical degree
- Equivalent senior leadership experience will also be considered
