Job Summary

Serves as a consultant to ensure alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders; supports development and implementation of business initiatives; contributes to business strategy; manages complex projects; may lead change management; performs data analyses; supports vendor management; monitors compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or a related field and a minimum of and a minimum of

5 years of relevant business consulting experience

3 years of relevant experience

• 8\+ years of equivalent professional experience

in consulting, strategy, operations, or related business roles

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience

, including leading projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams

• Demonstrated experience managing

complex projects

and working with multiple stakeholders

• Proven ability to perform

data analysis

to support business initiatives and decision‑making

• Experience supporting or leading

change management initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• 2\+ years leadership, analytics, advanced Excel, healthcare, presentations, vendor management, Agile, healthcare operations, business cases, process improvement, change management, project management, facilitation, programming, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma.
