The Vice President of Drayage is a key executive leader within a high-growth brokerage organization, responsible for driving the strategy, performance, and long-term success of the company’s drayage offering. This individual will lead the expansion of the drayage brokerage footprint, develop new customer relationships, and strengthen existing partnerships across a national network.

This leader will define and execute the strategic vision for the drayage function while maintaining a strong command of day-to-day brokerage operations. Responsibilities include oversight of capacity strategy, port and rail coordination, pricing and margin optimization, service recovery, and overall team productivity—ensuring consistent operational excellence and scalability.
