Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics \& Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Texas. This role is ideal for a strategic professional who can balance operational efficiency with process optimization, helping drive a high-performance supply chain across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to transportation, safety, and logistics
- Oversee vendor management, supplier negotiations, and contract administration
- Optimize transportation, storage, and distribution processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance supply chain performance
- Provide guidance and support to leadership on supply chain planning and operational strategies
- Manage risk, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain and improve logistics systems, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of U.S. logistics regulations, supply chain processes, and best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications such as APICS (CSCP/CPIM), Six Sigma, or equivalent are a plus
