Job Overview:

To design, implement, maintain, and support the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring high

availability, security, and performance of all network services.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Operations \& Support

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN networks.

• Install, configure, and manage network devices (Switches, Routers, Firewalls).

• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.

• Ensure network uptime and minimize service disruptions.

• Support wired and wireless network infrastructure.

Security \& Compliance

• Configure and manage firewalls, network security rules, and access controls.

• Implement network security best practices (VLANs, segmentation, NAC).

• Monitor network security events and respond to incidents.

• Support compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards.

• Apply firmware updates and security patches to network devices.

Administration \& Projects

• Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and network documentation.

• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and service providers.

• Support network-related IT projects and upgrades.

• Maintain accurate network diagrams and documentation.

• Provide technical guidance to IT support teams.

• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5 years of experience in network administration or engineering.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs.

• Experience with enterprise networking equipment (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, etc.).

• Experience with firewall technologies is required.

Preferred Certifications:

• CCNP

• Network\+

• Fortinet NSE / Aruba Certifications (preferred)

Required Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle incidents.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Good command of the English language.
