Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team and contribute to our brand and product initiatives. This role will report directly to the Sr. Marketing Manager and collaborate with cross-functional departments including product development, design, and sales. The Marketing Coordinator will play a supportive role in executing marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of brand-specific content for sell-in presentations.
  • Assist in the creation and organization of creative briefs, product messaging, and marketing assets.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets across multiple marketing projects.
  • Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and tracking of category trends and new product launches.
  • Support the execution of e-commerce and social-first marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on content creation.
  • Assist with copywriting tasks including product descriptions, packaging copy, and sales materials.
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, and brand voice consistency.
  • Support trade show planning and execution, including coordination with vendors and on-site logistics.
  • Work with third-party vendors to help ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide on-site support for trade shows or events, including setup and breakdown as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • NYC-based with a flexible schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
  • 2\+ years of brand or product marketing, or related experience.
  • Interest in consumer goods marketing; experience in pet or household categories is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with digital, social, or retail marketing support is a plus.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
