Job Description

We are working with a leading global asset manager to appoint a Content Marketing Manager within its retail marketing function. The business has a strong UK presence and is investing further developing accessible, engaging investment content for a B2B audience.

This role sits within a high-performing marketing team and is focused on creating compelling content for retail investors across multiple channels. You will play a key role in bringing the brand to life, supporting customer engagement and underpinning commercial growth across key product areas.

This opportunity would suit an capable content professional with a background in financial services who is looking to take ownership of end-to-end content delivery, working closely with marketing, product and compliance teams in a highly collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Creating engaging, customer-focused content across digital, print and campaign channels to support retail investment products
  • Translating complex investment concepts into clear, accessible messaging for end investors
  • Driving the development of multi-channel campaigns, working closely with marketing and design teams
  • Taking ownership of content planning through a structured editorial calendar
  • Producing a range of formats including articles, guides, presentations and social content
  • Ensuring brand tone and messaging are consistently applied across all communications
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver content aligned to product strategy and commercial objectives
  • Managing content approval processes, ensuring all materials meet regulatory and compliance standards
  • Analysing engagement metrics and performance data to refine content strategy and improve outcomes
  • Bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in content marketing or communications within asset management, financial services, or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of retail investment products and the UK regulatory environment
  • Proven ability to create high-quality content across multiple channels and formats
  • Excellent written communication skills with a clear, engaging and adaptable style
  • Experience working with compliance frameworks for customer-facing materials
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • A proactive and creative mindset, with a strong focus on delivering impact
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and content performance analytics tools is advantageous
