You will partner daily with our senior leadership, absorbing high-level responsibilities like organizational design, budget management, and executive-level advisory. We are looking for a mentor-in-training who is ready to learn the ropes of executive leadership while keeping their boots on the ground today.
- Serve as a hands-on mentor and coach to a small HR team, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in elite service and authentic connection.
- Act as the Paylocity Power User and final authority for internal payroll, ensuring 100% accuracy in tax compliance, data integrity, and reporting.
- Architect the recruiting roadmap and personally lead the screening for critical internal hires to ensure a perfect cultural and professional fit.
- Design and drive a world-class "Day One" experience that fully integrates new hires into our culture and sets them up for immediate operational success.
- Direct benefits administration and vendor renewals while serving as the seasoned lead for complex employee relations and high-level advisory.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10\+ years in Human Resources, with a proven track record in HRIS management and Training/Development.
- The "Human" in HR: You have a warm, approachable demeanor and the seasoned judgment needed for sensitive conflict resolution.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot from high-level strategy to hands-on payroll tasks with ease.
- A genuine desire to mentor others and a long-term vision to grow into a senior leadership role.
