Senior Infrastructure Engineer

This isn't a heads-down support role. We need someone who leads projects from design to go-live, commands major incidents with calm authority, and can walk a non-technical leadership team through a complex infrastructure change without losing the room.

What you'll own

• End-to-end project leadership - scoping, delivery, vendors, stakeholders, go-live
• Change management presented clearly to senior, non-technical stakeholders
• P1 incident command - who to pull in, how to chase vendors, how to communicate upward throughout
• L3 escalation support across Windows Server, VMware, AD, Exchange, M365/Azure AD, Dell, Veeam, AWS
• Networking and security: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN
• ISO27001, SOX, NIST compliance support; ITIL incident, change and problem management
• Mentoring junior engineers and owning change control documentation

ou'll be a strong fit if

• You have 4\+ years in a corporate infrastructure role with solid project and incident examples to back it up
• You've presented technical changes to non-technical decision-makers and made it land
• Financial services or MSP background; degree in CS or related field; MCP/MCSE/VMware a bonus
• You don't mind rolling up your sleeves - title isn't what drives you
