Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage high-value client accounts end-to-end, from initial brief through final delivery and sign-off
- Lead client briefing sessions and translate inputs into actionable internal briefs for creative, production, and technology teams
- Conduct scope and feasibility assessments on all incoming briefs and surface commercial implications before commitments are made
- Develop concept decks and visual presentations that secure client approval and align expectations early
- Act as a senior point of contact on escalated client matters and complex account situations
- Identify opportunities for commercial growth within existing client relationships and develop them into new engagements
- Coordinate with Creative, Production, and Technology leads on feasibility, timelines, and resourcing
- Track and report on project KPIs including on-time delivery, client satisfaction, revisions, and budget vs actuals
- Oversee platform compliance for campaigns delivered on TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon Ads and Meta
- Apply AI tools across project management and client operations to improve speed and quality of output
Requirements
- Agency background is essential — minimum 5\+ years in a creative, production, or digital agency environment
- Proven commercial ownership of client engagements, including contracting and scope management
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with creative and technical teams on integrated campaign delivery
- AR, immersive, or social platform campaign experience is a strong plus
