100% Remote - Paid Search Supervisor - $95,000

At R2, we are currently partnered with a leading player in the CPG space. This company is known for ground-breaking marketing campaigns, expertise within the CPG space, strong growth potential, and the investment they provide to their teams both professionally and personally.

We are seeking an experienced Paid Search expert with experience across Google, YouTube and Bing in a lead generation capacity.

What You'll Do

• Lead and optimize paid search campaigns across major advertising platforms.
• Manage media budgets, drive ROI, and deliver against key performance targets.
• Analyze campaign performance, web analytics, and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop innovative strategies, test campaigns, and improve conversion rates.
• Lead and mentor team members while supporting day-to-day account management.
• Build compelling reports and presentations, delivering actionable insights to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and smarter ways of working.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

If you have:

• 3\+ years of paid search and digital marketing experience
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, YouTube Ads, analytics, and testing tools.
• Experience managing substantial media budgets and delivering against performance targets.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, communication, and presentation skills.
• Google Ads certification and a relevant bachelor's degree preferred.
