About the Role:
Windward is seeking a
high-impact, execution-driven
Demand Generation Manager to
directly power our B2B revenue engine
. This is a
critical, hands-on role
reporting to the Head of Marketing Ops,
dedicated to rapidly scaling
pipeline within complex
B2B Enterprise and Government
organizations. We are looking for
highly motivated, operational marketers
who are masters of modern growth playbooks and
ABM

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Enterprise \& Gov Pipeline:
Strategically design and deploy targeted multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, webinars, events) to secure engagement and drive conversion among long-cycle B2B Enterprise and Government decision-makers.
- Master HubSpot \& Automation:
Own the day-to-day execution within HubSpot. Build automated workflows, manage database segmentation, and guarantee flawless lead routing and attribution.
- Build \& Optimize Landing Pages:
Lead the creation, A/B testing, and iteration of high-converting landing pages to maximize ROI from paid media, organic content, and targeted outbound campaigns.
- Accelerate ABM Initiatives:
Collaborate closely with Sales to execute advanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays, developing personalized buyer journeys for strategic accounts in the maritime, risk, and government sectors.
- Achieve 10x Output with AI:
Mandatorily integrate AI agents, LLMs, and modern automation tools into your daily workflow to dramatically accelerate content creation, massively scale personalization, and ensure world-class operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Optimization:
Rigorously monitor campaign performance, meticulously track pipeline generation, and proactively report on key metrics to continuously optimize conversion rates across every stage of the funnel.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B Experience (2\+ Years):
Minimum of 2 years of direct, impactful experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
- Advantage to experience
targeting and engaging with complex B2B Enterprise and/or Government sectors, as well as previous work with HubSpot.
- Mandatory Paid Channel Mastery:
Non-negotiable, hands-on ownership
and success managing significant budgets and campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Advantage to experience working with X, Reddit and Influ2\.
- AI-Native \& Scaling Mindset:
Clear, demonstrable track record of leveraging AI agents, LLMs, and modern tools to quantifiably scale output, enhance efficiency, and elevate marketing campaign performance.
- Landing Page \& CRO Skills:
Expert-level ability
to build, design, and optimize landing pages coupled with a strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
- ABM Strategy \& Support:
Solid understanding and
practical experience
supporting targeted, account-centric campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) concepts.
