Addison is a multibillion-dollar professional services firm providing a full suite of services to our clients including staffing, consulting \& executive search companies. DLC is one of Addison’s full time salaried Accounting and Finance bench models with a diverse fortune 500 client base operating in five major markets; Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, Chicago and Philadelphia. DLC utilizes a full-time salaried employment model and hires individuals who either have Big 4 CPA experience or are graduates from one of the top 25 MBA programs. DLC consultants are highly credentialed, best-in-class senior resources suited to the sophisticated needs of our clients.

The DLC TA Manager is an opportunity to get involved at the ground level to help us grow our newest practice in Philadelphia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is looking to help grow and develop a practice by recruiting and hiring excellent talent locally in the Philadelphia metro region.

Ideal candidates will have a BA from an accredited four-year university along with a proven track record in talent acquisition and networking, specifically within the Accounting \& Finance space.

Under the direction of the VP of Talent Acquisition, the TA Manager has primary responsibility for all recruiting related activities including sourcing strategy, attracting talent, pre-screening and interviewing qualified professionals, closing candidates and managing the offer process. The TA Manager’s primary goal is to develop, cultivate and maintain a diversified pool of candidates within the accounting and finance industry for our Philadelphia practice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Direct \& manage full cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation \& screening, interview process, offer negotiations, close process \& new hire on boarding.
  • Develop a recruiting strategy that builds a diverse and qualified talent pool to include a broad range of skillsets at the lower / mid and higher-level (Senior Accountant thru CFO).
  • Identify diverse, top-level accounting \& finance talent within the local Philadelphia metro region through sourcing methods which include direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, online resources \& professional associations.
  • Develop search strategies, target lists, sourcing techniques along with a social media presence.
  • Manage existing candidate database, while cultivating \& maintaining ongoing influential relationships with potential recruits.
  • Strategically partner with hiring managers (practice directors \& business development team) to direct recruiting initiatives \& coordinate interview process.
  • Conduct interview screening process following firm guidelines \& legal requirements.
  • Pre-screen applicants to ensure they are potential fit for DLC opportunities \& service lines.
  • Manage administrative components of interview process such as employment applications, scheduling interviews, system documentation \& reference checks.
  • Create new candidate records in CRM (Salesforce) \& update records at various stages of interview process with appropriate notes \& codes.
  • Acts as an advocate through relationship building with candidates in the marketplace; communicating with them regularly.
  • Participates in business development discussions and recommends and initiates new recruiting strategies based on information obtained from meetings.
  • Partners with Human Capital leadership to advise on recruiting campaigns \& industry trends.
  • Promote DLC brand awareness, culture \& values throughout recruiting process.
  • Evangelize and promote DLC’s commitment towards retention, career development \& training within the firm.

Skills \& Proficiencies

  • Demonstrate strong relationship recruiting skills \& ability to cultivate diverse candidate pool within the broader accounting \& finance space ranging from the Senior Accountant to CFO level.
  • Ability to execute a successful sourcing strategy \& maintain strong professional network as a Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate complexities presented with employment issues.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proficient with social media.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously. Ability to work within a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Disciplined level of professionalism working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience \& Education

  • BA / BS college degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting accounting and finance professionals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook \& Excel
  • Expertise with Salesforce databases \& applicant tracking systems

  • Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 – $115,000 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
