Power Generation Applications Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Power Solutions Engineer required to join a leading provider of power generation and energy solutions supporting the oil \& gas industry.

The successful Power Generation Applications Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Power Solutions Engineer will support customers across industrial and remote field environments, providing technical expertise across natural gas generators, electrical distribution, switchgear, power management, and transfer systems.

Package:

$105,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and application expertise for power generation solutions.
• Act as the primary technical interface for the sales team during RFQs and bid processes.
• Support natural gas generator sizing, review and build electrical load lists, interpret gas analyses, and assist with site/application setup details.
• Support installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operation of natural gas and electrical power systems.
• Assist with solution design, technical proposals, scopes of work, and customer presentations.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, operations, and field service teams to support customer projects.
• Provide technical leadership across oil \& gas and industrial power applications.

Requirements:

• Experience as Applications Engineer Power Generation Applications Engineer Technical Applications Engineer Product Applications Engineer, Electrical Applications Engineer, Power Systems Engineer, Power Solutions Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar within power generation.
• Strong knowledge of natural gas generators, switchgear, electrical distribution, or remote power systems.
• Experience within oil \& gas, industrial power, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and technical problem-solving skills.
