The Role

As a

Senior Software Engineer

, you'll design, build, and scale the backend systems and platform capabilities that power the company's security platform.

This role sits within the Platform Engineering team and is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex infrastructure problems through software. You’ll build distributed systems, improve scalability and reliability, and create internal platforms that enable engineering teams to move faster.

You’ll have high autonomy, influence technical decisions, and work closely with engineering leadership, product teams, and enterprise customers.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Design and build scalable distributed systems supporting enterprise workloads.

✅ Develop backend services and core platform components.

✅ Improve platform reliability, security, and performance.

✅ Build internal developer platforms and tooling used across engineering teams.

✅ Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy.

✅ Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve complex customer challenges.

✅ Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements.

✅ Establish engineering best practices across the platform.

What We're Looking For

✅ 4\+ years of experience as a Software Engineer building distributed systems.

✅ Strong programming fundamentals and ability to succeed through rigorous coding interviews.

✅ Experience building backend services, infrastructure platforms, or developer tooling.

✅ Experience designing systems that operate at enterprise scale or within multi-tenant SaaS environments.

✅ Strong experience with

Golang

or another systems programming language.

✅ Experience working with cloud platforms such as

AWS or GCP

.

✅ Understanding of technologies such as

Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, PostgreSQL, or Redis

.

✅ Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and reliability principles.
