Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Joiner role based in Oxford. The Joiner will work on various joinery projects, including bespoke carpentry and large-scale fit-outs. Responsibilities include constructing, assembling, and installing woodwork, cabinets, frames, and finishes using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. The Joiner will also ensure high-quality craftsmanship and collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Carpentry and Framing techniques
• Skillful use of Hand Tools and Power Tools
• Experience in Finish Carpentry
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability for on-site challenges
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
