Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Project Manager

with a strong background in Agile methodologies and technical program management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multiple Scrum teams, driving complex software development initiatives, and managing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This role requires both technical expertise and exceptional leadership skills to ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams across diverse technical projects.
  • Drive Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Oversee project execution, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within teams.

Qualifications

  • 10\+ years of experience in

technical program management, Scrum, or Agile leadership

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
  • Strong technical foundation in

software development, cloud architecture, and distributed systems

.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
