Job Description

- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
You understand what gifted students can achieve — you lived it yourself. If you've witnessed that promise wasted on low standards and uniform curricula, this is the answer.
At gt.school, your group of 15–20 K–12 students progresses through material 5–10x faster than conventional classrooms permit. Your role is to continuously elevate expectations: facilitating one-hour life skills sessions on topics like public speaking, focus, and feedback, and conducting personalized motivation meetings that leverage Coachbot analytics to align individual goals with concrete app-based progress. You'll see students who previously struggled with articulation complete the Test2Pass and emerge confident enough to address any audience. Your own academic achievements inform every interaction. There is no predetermined script.
This is not traditional classroom instruction. No stacks of assignments to grade, no behavior management, no curriculum designed for the middle. Those who establish strong performance records here — reliable student satisfaction scores, 100% goal-completion metrics, verified skill mastery — are considered for leadership positions, guiding a small peer team while continuing to mentor their own cohort.
Apply now if you're prepared to uphold the rigorous standard gifted students deserve.
What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions on public speaking, focus, and feedback for a cohort of 15–20 K–12 learners, drawing on gt.school's curriculum and your own academic background
- Conducting personalized motivation meetings, leveraging Coachbot analytics to monitor each student's progress in learning applications relative to their objectives
- Overseeing mastery-based Test2Pass evaluations to verify student skill acquisition
- Adjusting your approach dynamically through storytelling, demonstrated credibility, and AI-driven personalized instruction to maintain engagement and challenge for gifted students
- Monitoring performance against 100% goal-completion and 95% student satisfaction targets
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Running a conventional classroom — every student in this program has chosen to participate
- Grading assignments, producing report cards, or managing the administrative burden typical of standard teaching positions
- Teaching toward standardized tests or externally mandated assessments
- Simplifying content — students here are ready to engage with the full complexity of your expertise
- Working with unmotivated or typical-pace learners
