Account Executive

Redactable is an AI-based platform that helps companies permanently redact sensitive information from documents. Our software automates the entire redaction workflow with over 98% time-savings compared to manual methods.

For our fast-growing SaaS startup, we are looking for an experienced Account Executive looking for their next role. As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle from demo to close. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

This role is fully remote, but we are only accepting applicants who live in the United States. Any application outside of the United States will be immediately disqualified.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of SMB, mid-market, and enterprise opportunities.
• Run discovery calls to understand customer workflows, pain points, and compliance requirements.
• Proactively conduct outbound activity as it relates to old leads, freemium users, and dormant deals.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across different departments.
• Actively logging important client information and interactions in our CRM.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date forecast in our CRM.
• Collaborate with Customer Success \& Support to help maximize client use, value, and satisfaction of Redactable’s offerings.
• Provide insights, feedback, market trends, and areas of improvement to internal company leadership.

Qualifications

• 4\+ years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle, from demo to close.
• Great presentation skills, along with high confidence in engaging with decision-makers.
• Powerful communication and interpersonal skills. Highly articulate via web conference, phone, and email (both internally and externally)
• Feeling comfortable in a true startup environment where autonomy is given.

Compensation

: $75,000 base salary (non-negotiable) \+ commission.
