Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Barbara, CA. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for primarily B2B clients, managing relationships, addressing customer needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing account activities, developing client strategies, and coordinating with internal production \& operations teams to deliver outstanding results. The Account Manager will also identify new opportunities for growth and contribute to achieving company goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in strategy development, client servicing, and problem-solving
• Organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail
• Experience in customer success, sales, or portfolio management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Familiarity with the art industry, interior design, and/or print technology applications is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Art, or a related field preferred
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft Suites
