Our Client Services team is seeking an Account Manager to help support the day-to-day management of a complex client account. This role is responsible for helping guide client communication, supporting integrated recommendations, and ensuring work stays aligned to business objectives, audience insights, timelines, and evolving priorities.
The ideal candidate brings experience in account management and cross-functional collaboration, ideally within an agency environment. You are comfortable navigating fast-moving projects, managing multiple workstreams, and helping translate client feedback and shifting priorities into clear next steps for internal teams.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with strategy, creative, analytics, community, production, and project management teams to help move work forward effectively while maintaining strong communication across both internal and client teams. This is a relationship-focused role that requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to balance both strategic thinking and executional support.
Here’s What You’ll Do
Client Communication \& Account Management
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact across key business priorities and ongoing initiatives.
- Participate in client-facing meetings including status calls, kickoffs, creative reviews, working sessions, and stakeholder check-ins.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
- Help manage meeting recaps, action items, timelines, approvals, and ongoing communication across teams.
Account Strategy \& Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Help translate client feedback, shifting priorities, and incoming requests into clear internal direction and actionable next steps.
- Partner with strategy, creative, analytics, community, production, and PM teams to support integrated recommendations and campaign execution.
- Ensure work stays aligned to client objectives, audience insights, and overall project goals.
- Proactively identify and help resolve workflow or communication challenges to maintain momentum across projects.
Account Operations \& Business Support
- Support account organization across timelines, deliverables, workflow prioritization, and evolving client needs.
- Maintain visibility into ongoing workstreams, stakeholder feedback, and upcoming priorities that may impact planning or delivery.
- Assist with presentation development, status documentation, case studies, capability decks, org charts, and other account support materials as needed.
- Partner with internal teams to help support efficient collaboration and continuity across projects.
Here’s What It Takes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in account management, client services, or related agency experience preferred.
- Experience managing day-to-day client relationships and supporting integrated marketing initiatives.
- Strong ability to organize information, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, analytics, community, production, and project management.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to remain calm in fast-moving environments.
- Entertainment experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, presentation development tools, and standard agency communication and workflow platforms.
