Trendio powers creator-driven commerce on platforms like TikTok Shop and YouTube Shopping. We combine AI-driven affiliate matching, campaign execution, and performance optimization with deep channel expertise to help brands scale video commerce in a measurable, repeatable way.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Account Manager, Growth to own performance and drive growth across a portfolio of brand clients on TikTok Shop and YouTube Shopping.
This is not a traditional account management role. You will operate as the end-to-end owner of client performance—driving GMV growth through affiliate activation, content strategy, and paid optimization.
You will manage 8–10 accounts simultaneously, working across data, tools, and client communication to identify opportunities, execute quickly, and continuously improve results.
You will operate with a high degree of ownership while remaining hands-on in execution
This is a highly analytical, performance-driven role — not a traditional creative or influencer management position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own performance for a portfolio of clients
, with a clear focus on driving GMV growth and efficiency
- Translate data into action
: analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions
- Operate Trendio’s platform
directly to drive creator activation, content output, and campaign execution
- Lead weekly client conversations
: present results, explain drivers, and define next steps
- Manage multiple clients and priorities in parallel
in parallel, prioritizing effectively across 8–10 accounts
- Work with offshore operators
to scale execution while maintaining quality and speed
- Continuously test and iterate
on what drives performance (creators, content, offers, spend)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years experience (this role is not designed for more senior candidates) in consulting, business operations, growth, or performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills (comfortable working in Excel, interpreting data quickly)
- Proven ability to take an ambiguous problem and drive it to a clear outcome
- Comfortable presenting to clients and leading conversations
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Bias toward action—comfortable operating tools and executing, not just planning
- This role is not a fit for candidates focused primarily on brand marketing, creative production, or influencer coordination.
STRONG SIGNALS
- Ideal candidates have a background in consulting (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, boutique firms) or in analytical roles at high-growth startups.
- Experience in consumer businesses (eCommerce, marketplaces, or performance marketing) is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to performance marketing, marketplaces, or creator ecosystems
- Track record of owning outcomes (not just contributing to them)
