Overview

We are seeking a

Senior DevOps Engineer

to help design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD systems supporting modern distributed applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly automated environments and has deep expertise in

AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines

.

You will play a key role in improving platform reliability, optimizing deployments, and enabling engineering teams to ship high-quality software faster.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure \& Kubernetes

  • Design, implement, and manage

AWS-based infrastructure

supporting production systems.

  • Architect and maintain

Kubernetes clusters using Amazon EKS

.

  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of containerized applications.
  • Implement infrastructure best practices for security, monitoring, and reliability.

CI/CD \& Automation

  • Build and optimize

GitLab CI/CD pipelines

for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using

Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

.

  • Implement automated rollback, deployment strategies, and environment promotion.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

  • 7\+ years of DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering experience
  • Deep expertise with

AWS cloud infrastructure

  • Strong hands-on experience with

Kubernetes

  • Proven experience running production environments on

Amazon EKS

  • Extensive experience building and managing

GitLab CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong understanding of

containerization (Docker) and microservices architectures

  • Experience with

Infrastructure-as-Code

(Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)

  • Strong experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response
