UI/UX DESIGNER

Work Location: HUNTSVILLE, AL

INCATech is seeking a User Interface \& User Experience (UI/UX) Designer to support a Department of Justice customer in Huntsville, Alabama. The selected candidate will help shape the user experience for a modern enterprise application by translating user needs, workflow analysis, and project requirements into practical, accessible, and visually effective front-end designs.

Responsibilities

Identify users’ underlying functional and emotional needs and help translate those needs into effective user experiences. Create satisfying and compelling user experiences based on user research and workflow analysis. Apply creative, technical, and problem-solving skills to design modern user interfaces. Create detailed front-end design wireframes, mockups, templates, and related design elements required for software development. Work with solution architects and system architects to understand requirements and develop suitable front-end designs that are aesthetically pleasing and user friendly. Create user-centric designs consistent with current design trends. Support implementation of front-end designs for web pages, websites, and portals in collaboration with the broader development team.

Related Experience:

• Minimum four (4) years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
