Role Description
A Senior ERP Business Analyst (Oracle EBS) responsible for driving end-to-end business processes across Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Deliver, and Finance within a global environment. Acts as a bridge between business and IT, translating requirements into functional solutions, leading UAT, and ensuring compliant system enhancements. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support ERP initiatives, manage change requests, and ensure alignment with regulatory and quality standards in a controlled, enterprise-scale setting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global and site-specific teams on ERP initiatives, including product launches, system upgrades, and process improvements.
- Partner with business units to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and test scenarios.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect management and obtaining business sign-offs.
- Work closely with IT teams to deliver system enhancements that align with business needs while maintaining compliance standards.
- Support change management processes by providing impact assessments and ensuring proper documentation and validation.
- Develop and review work instructions, process maps, and other documentation to support ERP activities.
Requirements
- 4\+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role, with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Strong understanding of key business processes, including Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Deliver, and Finance.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and testing artifacts.
- Experience managing system updates and enhancements within controlled change management frameworks.
- Skilled in planning and executing UAT, with a track record of defect management and stakeholder approval.
- Familiarity with validation, compliance, and documentation requirements in regulated environments.
