Location - Boston, MA - Hybrid - Tue, Wed, Thu
Comp - 180-270K \+ bonus and benefits
Required qualifications
- Expertise in Finance systems, including ERP, billing, revenue recognition, procurement, and financial close processes
- 4\+ years of experience in engineering management
- 15\+ years experience working in Enterprise environment
- Experience in Oracle Financial Systems implementation
- Strong stakeholder management experience with Finance leadership
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience driving system transformation across a complex SaaS environment
- Hands-on and deeply technical engineering leadership experience
