Project Manager

We are seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead high-impact enterprise technology initiatives within a rapidly evolving PMO environment. This role will initially focus on a large-scale telephony implementation while also helping mature project delivery standards, governance, and operational processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong infrastructure project experience, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively within organizations that are still formalizing enterprise PMO practices. See below for more details.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology projects across infrastructure, clinical applications, and corporate portfolios.
• Drive delivery of a large-scale telephony implementation, ensuring successful execution and organizational readiness.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource coordination, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with technical teams, vendors, product owners, and business stakeholders to align delivery objectives and implementation activities.
• Lead change management and organizational readiness efforts associated with enterprise technology rollouts.
• Support the maturation of enterprise PMO processes, standards, governance, and reporting practices.
• Coordinate infrastructure-focused project activities related to telephony and enterprise systems.
• Validate vendor invoices, monitor project expenses, and support budget tracking activities.
• Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Workday, and ServiceNow to manage project execution and reporting.
• Support enterprise planning efforts and help standardize project delivery practices across teams.
• Ensure delivery milestones are achieved within aggressive implementation timelines.

Must-Haves

• 7\+ Years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure-related projects.
• Prior experience managing a Telephony system implementation.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading organizational change management and readiness activities.
• Strong risk management, planning, and project execution capabilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, external vendors, and internal resource allocations.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
• PMP certification or similar project management credentials.
• Experience supporting enterprise PMO transformation or operational maturity initiatives.
• Experience managing procure-to-pay or enterprise business transformation projects.
