The business is entering a critical phase of growth, focused on platform unification, improving product quality, and scaling delivery to support increasing demand.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Head of Product \& Engineering to lead product strategy, engineering execution, and platform evolution.
This is a hands-on, builder-operator role — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can bring structure to complexity, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to drive execution.
You’ll oversee Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps, and play a key role in shaping how the company builds, delivers, and scales its software.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive customer and commercial impact
- Lead discovery efforts to refine product-market fit
#### Engineering \& Technical Leadership
- Lead engineering execution across development, QA, DevOps, and releases
- Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight
- Improve code quality, testing standards, and engineering rigor
- Drive improvements in delivery predictability and platform reliability
#### End-to-End Delivery Ownership
- Own the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Implement strong operating cadence across planning, sprints, QA, and releases
- Improve execution discipline, visibility, and accountability
#### Platform \& Architecture
- Guide platform strategy, scalability, and system design decisions
- Balance modernization with legacy system support
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems and APIs
#### AI-Driven Innovation
- Embed AI across product and engineering workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and insights through AI
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled processes internally and within the product
#### Team \& Leadership
- Lead and develop teams across Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps
- Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership and execution
- Shape hiring strategy and organizational structure
#### Executive \& Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a key partner to the CEO and leadership team
- Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and priorities clearly
- Support go-to-market, customer success, and operational initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 10\+ years in product, engineering, or technical leadership roles
- Proven experience leading both product and engineering in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong technical background with ability to influence architecture and engineering quality
- Experience owning end-to-end software delivery
- Track record of improving execution, quality, and platform performance
- Experience in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with platform consolidation or product unification
- Background working with modern web apps, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps
- Exposure to mixed tech stacks and legacy modernization
- Experience integrating third-party systems (e.g., payments, APIs)
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows in product/engineering
- Experience in vertical SaaS or operationally critical platforms
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
- Clear, executable roadmap aligned to business growth
- Improved engineering discipline and delivery predictability
- Measurable gains in platform stability and product quality
- Stronger alignment between product, engineering, and business goals
- Increased adoption of AI across workflows
- A high-performing, accountable, and execution-focused team
