Overview
A fast-growing general dentistry practice based in New York City is seeking a CRM Manager responsible for managing inbound patient leads, handling phone inquiries, and converting opportunities into scheduled appointments.
This is not a passive administrative role. This position directly impacts practice growth and requires someone confident speaking with patients, guiding treatment conversations, and closing cases both in-network and out-of-network.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound patient calls and respond to web leads
- Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
- Communicate treatment value clearly to in-network and out-of-network patients
- Manage and track opportunities inside the CRM pipeline
- Follow up consistently with unscheduled leads
- Reactivate dormant opportunities
- Maintain accurate patient communication records
- Coordinate with clinical scheduling teams when needed
- Support marketing-driven lead conversion efforts

- Handle insurance-related conversations confidently

Ideal Candidate
- Experience working in a dental office, DSO, or treatment coordination role preferred
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment value and pricing structures
- Experience working inside CRM platforms required
- Highly organized and self-managed in a remote environment
- Able to handle high lead volume without losing follow-up consistency
Bonus if you have:
- Experience converting out-of-network patients
- Dental insurance familiarity
- Call tracking or pipeline reporting experience
- Background in treatment coordination or case acceptance
