Strategic FP\&A Role - Report directly into CFO and MD

Compensation: $175,000-300,000 (Commensurate with experience and performance)

One of the most exciting and fastest growing PE firms invested in Asset Management, Luxury and Lifestyle, Insurance, Infrastructure, and Technology and Entertainment. Seeking a strategic FP\&A professional and decision maker to provide analytical depth and financial insights to support senior leadership

• Ability to convert complex financial data into clear and actionable narratives for senior stakeholders
• Own the annual budgeting process and build and maintain integrated financial models
• Produce management reporting packages for the CFO, CEO and Board
• Serve as trusted finance partner to business unit leaders across investments, distribution and operations
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses for new product launches, M\&A due diligence and strategic initiatives
• Drive automation

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-10 years of FP\&A, corporate finance, or financial planning experience; asset management or financial services exposure preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (three-statement models, scenario analysis, driver-based forecasting)
• Mature, dedicated, reliable, and professional, with a hands-on attitude and the willingness to perform all responsibilities required for success
• Familiarity with AUM-based revenue models, management fee economics, or fund-level accounting
