POSITION SUMMARY:
Mariani Premier Group is hiring a Vice President of Information Security. As the Vice President of Information Security, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity program that ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization’s sensitive data. This position requires exceptional strategic thinking, deep cybersecurity expertise in field services environments, and strong leadership to stay ahead of evolving threats. This role follows a hybrid work model and is tied to our Lehi, Utah office. Candidates must be able to commute to the office for in‑person work as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define, implement, and continuously refine the organization’s information security strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk tolerance, and industry best practices.
- Security Architecture: Design, oversee, and enhance secure enterprise systems including both custom and commercial solutions with particular emphasis on infrastructure resilience, field service scheduling platforms, and the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
- Incident Response: Develop, maintain, and lead a robust incident response program. Coordinate timely and effective responses to cyber threats and security breaches in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Field Service Security Expertise: Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks specific to field service scheduling systems, mobile device communications, remote workforces, and geographically dispersed data environments.
- Disaster Recovery \& Business Continuity: Oversee the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans that ensure adaptable, scalable, and reliable systems capable of supporting business growth and minimizing downtime due to cybersecurity or operational events.
- Governance \& Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and best practices especially those applicable to field service operations.
- Team Building \& Mentorship: Lead, develop, and inspire high‑performing cybersecurity and infrastructure teams while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
- Education \& Advocacy: Promote a strong security awareness culture across the organization—including field technicians and operational staff through effective training and communication initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7\+ years of progressively responsible experience in cybersecurity and infrastructure leadership, with proven success in building and managing comprehensive security programs; experience in the services industry is preferred.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, vulnerabilities, threat mitigation techniques, infrastructure design, and applicable regulations—especially within field services environments.
- Hands-on experience with incident response, forensics, and threat mitigation.
- Strong ability to analyze, evaluate, and prioritize cyber risks and infrastructure vulnerabilities, including the ability to recommend appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
- Solid familiarity with securing Microsoft Azure cloud environments and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Ability to see the big picture and translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- CISSP, CISM, or CISA strongly preferred; infrastructure-related certifications are a plus.
