We are looking for experienced performance marketers who can manage and scale high-budget advertising campaigns across US and European markets.

📌 Role Overview:

You will be responsible for launching, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing deeply, can work with large advertising budgets, and is capable of driving profitable growth through data-driven strategies.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple ad accounts

• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS and cost efficiency

• Analyze campaign performance, audience data, and market trends to improve results

• Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from $200K–$400K invoice spend

• Conduct testing for creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels

• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to improve campaign performance

• Monitor KPIs including CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS

• Maintain compliance with platform advertising policies

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 3\+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads

• Proven experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns

• Strong understanding of US and European consumer markets

• Experience scaling international campaigns profitably

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

💰 Compensation:

• Base salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month

• Performance-based commission on sales generated

• Long-term growth opportunities within the company
